Audit Log
The Audit Log is an immutable, chronological record of every state change in your workspace. It is used for internal compliance, external audits, and dispute resolution.

What is recorded
Every significant action is logged automatically:
- Expense created, submitted, approved, rejected, paid, closed
- Policy created, edited, published, disabled, deleted
- User invited, edited, deactivated
- Delegation created or cancelled
- Reimbursement marked paid
- Super Admin access granted or revoked
Each entry records the timestamp, action type, entity type and ID, and the actor (user who performed the action).
Filter the log
Use the filters at the top to narrow by:
- Entity type — filter to a specific type (e.g.
expense, policy, user) - Entity ID — look up the full history of a specific record
- Date range — scope to a reporting period
Immutability
Audit entries are append-only. They cannot be edited or deleted — not even by Owners or Super Admins. This is enforced at the database level.
Data retention
Audit records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in line with IRAS requirements.
IRAS audit export
A one-click IRAS audit package export (receipts, tax codes, approval history, FX conversions, audit logs) is planned for v1.5.
